By submitting our inquiry or appointment forms and providing your mobile telephone number, you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from Main Street AI Partners LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing mainstreetaipartners.com, scheduling an appointment, or subscribing to our Complete Business System, Voice AI, or Social Media Backbone, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services & Pricing Structure
Main Street AI Partners offers packaged systems and custom automation solutions under transparent monthly plans:
- Complete Business System ($297/month): Includes unified CRM, website/sales funnels, scheduling calendars, automated follow-up, non-voice AI agents, and custom workflow automations.
- Voice AI Add-On ($200/month): Optional add-on ($497/mo combined total) providing 24/7 AI voice receptionist coverage, call routing, and phone scheduling.
- Social Media Backbone ($97/month + $97 setup): Planned multi-channel graphic and copy posts. Video edition is available at $197/month.
- Usage Fees & Pass-Through Costs: The base system price covers the software platform and configurations. Telephony minutes, carrier registration/fees, SMS/MMS segments, AI LLM usage tokens, and email sending credits are billed directly based on actual consumption.
3. Philosophy & Guardrails: AI Replaces Tasks, Not People
Our systems are built with human-in-the-loop controls. AI agents perform predefined tasks based on approved business knowledge and structured rules. While our agents are rigorously configured, customer acknowledges that automated systems require human oversight for sensitive decisions, exceptions, and unique edge cases.
4. Customer Data & System Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your customer lists, CRM contacts, business data, and proprietary intellectual property. We do not resell or monetize your data. In the event of subscription termination, you have the right to export your contact data and records.
5. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing renewal by notifying us in writing. Setup fees and pass-through carrier usage fees already consumed are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Main Street AI Partners LLC, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from system downtime, carrier telecommunications outages, third-party API changes, or business interruptions.
